Kraft&Dele KD10731 Bar Clamp — 65 kg, 65 x 300 mm
A bar clamp with a quick-slide jaw mechanism, designed for holding timber, board and metal components during gluing, assembly and machining. The design also allows use in spreader mode without any additional tools.
Product features
Quick-slide mechanism
The mechanism lets you slide the movable jaw freely along the bar with one hand, without turning the pressure screw. This shortens set-up time for repetitive gluing or assembly work.
Protective jaw pads
Replaceable plastic pads protect the workpiece surface from marks left by the metal jaws. They are particularly important when working with lacquered, veneered or softwood timber.
Spreader function
With the movable jaw reversed, the clamp switches from clamping to spreading mode. Useful for separating joints, fitting door frames, drawers or other components that need an opposing force.
65 kg clamping force and 65 mm throat depth
A force of 65 kg (approx. 637 N) is enough for gluing woodworking joints, frames and panels. The 65 mm throat depth determines how far from the edge of the workpiece the clamping point can be positioned — the greater it is, the more positioning options you have.

What to consider when choosing bar clamps
The jaw opening (300 mm) determines the maximum thickness or width of the component being clamped. The throat depth (65 mm) sets how far from the edge the clamping pressure can be applied — for wide boards, clamps with a greater throat depth are needed, or alternatively band clamps. For gluing large surfaces, it is advisable to use several clamps at once, spaced every 20–30 cm.
