Versatile black nylon cable ties for organising and securing wiring, cables and other components. UV resistance makes them suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.
The 250 mm length allows bundles of up to around 75 mm in diameter to be secured. The 7.6 mm width provides a generous contact area, which translates into a firm hold without the risk of cutting into cables or hoses.
The material incorporates UV stabilisers, so it retains its mechanical properties during prolonged exposure to sunlight. A solution used in outdoor installations, on building facades and in automotive applications.
The toothed ratchet mechanism locks in one direction only — once tightened, the tie can only be cut off. The system provides a secure hold without the need for any additional tools.
100 pieces per pack make it possible to complete larger installation projects without having to restock frequently. An economical format for workshops and installation contractors.

The maximum bundle diameter is roughly 30% of the tie length (around 75 mm for a 250 mm tie). In practice, leave some slack — an over-tightened tie can damage cables, while a loose one will not hold securely. For bundles over 60 mm in diameter, it is worth considering longer ties.
Cable ties are fitted by threading the tail through the locking head and pulling it tight until the required clamping pressure is reached. Any excess can be trimmed with scissors or side cutters, leaving about 5-10 mm.
The ratchet mechanism does not allow the tie to be reopened — if the installation needs to be modified, the tie must be cut and replaced with a new one. The black UV-stabilised nylon resists degradation from sunlight for several years, depending on the intensity of exposure.
At sub-zero temperatures nylon remains flexible, although below -20°C the material may become more brittle. At high temperatures (above 60°C), be aware that the fixing may work loose — metal cable ties are worth considering in such conditions.
