Polyamide cable ties in a UV-stabilised version, designed for repeated bundling of cables, wires and installation components. The white finish allows discreet routing in both indoor and outdoor installations.
Technical characteristics
PA66 (polyamide) material
A polyamide 66 construction provides tensile strength and impact resistance. The material remains flexible across a wide temperature range, which prevents cracking during installation in varying conditions.
UV stabilisation
The addition of UV stabilisers protects the material against degradation caused by sunlight. The ties can be used in outdoor installations without the risk of rapid embrittlement or loss of strength.
Temperature range -40°C to +85°C
The wide operating temperature range allows use in cold stores, plant rooms and locations exposed to sunlight. The material does not lose its properties under extreme thermal conditions.
Locking mechanism
The self-locking head with a ratchet tooth locks the tie in one direction. Once tightened, it cannot work loose without being cut, which guarantees a durable joint throughout its service life.

Use and maintenance
How to fit
Pass the tie through the locking head and tighten it by hand or with a cable tie tensioning tool. Any excess strap can be trimmed with a knife or side cutters. Check the fixing by pulling gently – a correctly fitted tie should not work loose.
Removal and disposal
The ties are intended for single use. Removal requires cutting the strap with a knife or side cutters. Used ties should be segregated as plastics (PA) in accordance with local waste regulations.
Storage
Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Although the ties are UV-stabilised, prolonged exposure to sunlight before installation may shorten their service life in the installation.
