A female pneumatic coupling made from brass, designed for fitting to hoses with a 13mm internal diameter. It allows pneumatic system components to be connected and disconnected quickly without tools.
The part of the coupling with the locking mechanism that accepts the male plug. Once connected, it seals the air circuit. Disconnection is carried out by sliding back the locking sleeve.
The coupler is matched to pneumatic hoses with a 13mm internal diameter. Measure the internal diameter of the hose before purchase – it is the key parameter for a leak-tight connection.
Brass is resistant to corrosion and dimensionally stable. This material gives the connection durability and resistance to weather conditions in outdoor installations.
The coupler is fitted directly to the end of the hose. The hose is pushed onto the coupler tail and secured with a hose clip, which provides a leak-tight and durable connection.

When choosing a quick coupler, check three parameters: the internal diameter of the hose (13mm for this model), the coupling type (female mates with male) and the connection standard. Make sure all components in the system are compatible – different manufacturers may use different quick coupler standards.
To install the coupler, push the hose onto the mounting tail as far as it will go. Secure the connection with a metal hose clip, tightened with an Allen key or screwdriver. Once fitted, check the connection for leaks under working pressure.
To connect to a male plug, push the plug into the socket until it clicks into place. To disconnect, slide the locking sleeve back towards the coupler body while pulling out the plug.
Regularly check the condition of the seals and the locking mechanism. Worn seals can cause leaks. Keep the mechanism free from contamination – small particles can prevent the lock from working correctly. After use in a dusty environment, blow the coupler through with compressed air.
