Professional press for forming 100 mm burgers, designed for catering use. The device allows quick and repeatable forming of patties from minced meat, fish and vegetables, ensuring a uniform shape and weight for every portion.
All food-contact parts are made of stainless steel. This material is resistant to corrosion, easy to clean and complies with the hygiene standards applicable in catering. The lower housing, made of anodised aluminium, ensures a durable structure while keeping the weight of the device low.
The 100 mm mould allows every burger to be formed to an identical size and shape. A constant portion weight translates into predictable frying time and a standard appearance of the final product, which matters in a professional kitchen.
The built-in container allows paper discs to be placed between the formed burgers directly during the working process. This solution prevents the patties from sticking together, reduces direct contact with hands and speeds up production.
Four non-slip rubber feet prevent the device from moving across the worktop while the mixture is being pressed down. A stable base increases work safety and operating comfort, particularly during intensive use.

Before first use, thoroughly wash all food-contact parts in warm water with detergent, then rinse and dry. Place the press on a stable, flat worktop. Load the paper discs into the integrated container.
Measure out the appropriate portion of mixture (meat, fish or vegetables) and place it in the mould. Press down with the plunger until an even thickness is achieved. The paper disc automatically separates the formed burger, allowing it to be transferred safely. Repeat the process until the prepared mixture is used up.
After finishing work, dismantle the device and wash it in warm water with detergent intended for food contact. Stainless steel parts can be washed in a commercial dishwasher. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling. Do not use wire scourers or abrasive agents, which may damage the stainless steel surface.
