The KD1923 is a microprocessor-controlled car battery charger designed for charging lead-acid batteries in 12 V and 24 V systems. The control circuit automatically adjusts the charging parameters to the condition and type of the battery, which reduces the risk of damage during prolonged use. The unit works with batteries rated 90 to 250 Ah, as fitted to passenger cars, vans and plant machinery.

Microprocessor-controlled charging
The built-in microprocessor monitors the condition of the battery and continuously regulates the charging current and voltage. The process therefore runs in multiple stages — from initial charging through the main charging phase to the float stage — which extends cell life.
