A complete diaphragm and gasket kit for rebuilding the carburettor on GEKO petrol strimmers. It contains all the parts needed to restore correct fuel system operation.
Includes every diaphragm and gasket needed for a full carburettor rebuild. There is no need to buy individual parts separately, which simplifies the repair and ensures all components are compatible.
The kit is designed to replace worn carburettor components that lose their flexibility and sealing ability through prolonged contact with fuel and fluctuating temperatures. It restores correct fuel system performance.
Designed specifically for the carburettors fitted to GEKO petrol strimmers. Precise dimensional accuracy ensures a proper seal and correct operation of the fuel mixture adjustment mechanism.
The diaphragms are made from materials resistant to petrol and fuel additives. They stay flexible across a wide temperature range, giving reliable operation in varying weather conditions.

The diaphragms and gaskets in a carburettor wear naturally and need periodic replacement. Symptoms that indicate a rebuild is due:
Difficulty starting a cold engine, erratic idle, the engine cutting out during use, increased fuel consumption, petrol leaks from the carburettor and loss of power under load. Worn diaphragms lose their flexibility, harden or split, which prevents correct regulation of fuel flow.
Replacing carburettor diaphragms requires basic technical knowledge and tools. The process involves removing the carburettor from the engine, opening the housing, taking out the old diaphragms and gaskets, cleaning the fuel passages and fitting the new parts from the kit.
Before fitting the new diaphragms, clean all carburettor passages thoroughly with compressed air or a dedicated carburettor cleaner. Fit the diaphragms with the one-way valves in the correct orientation. Once the carburettor is reassembled, the fuel mixture must be adjusted using the L and H adjustment screws.
