A replacement carburettor designed for the popular Stihl 120–350 series petrol chainsaws. A fuel system component responsible for creating the fuel-air mixture in the correct proportions.
A carburettor designed to work with Stihl 120, 200, 250, 300 and 350 models. The 30 mm mounting hole spacing ensures a direct fit to the cylinder mount on these models. Before purchase, verify the hole spacing on your particular chainsaw model.
A diaphragm carburettor with adjustable L (idle) and H (full throttle) screws. The correct mixture setting affects engine power, fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. It requires tuning after installation in accordance with the chainsaw manufacturer's instructions.
Its 78 × 57 × 29 mm dimensions allow installation in the original location without any need to modify the housing. The 29 mm depth accounts for the standard clearance from the cylinder on Stihl models in this series.
This product is an alternative to the original Stihl carburettor. It retains the key fitting and functional parameters. It should be used in accordance with the chainsaw manufacturer's recommendations for fuel mixture composition and two-stroke oil.

Before purchase, measure the mounting hole spacing on your chainsaw. The 30 mm spacing is measured between the centres of the holes for the bolts securing the carburettor to the cylinder. Also check the diameter of the inlet stub that fits the air filter.
Fitting the carburettor requires disconnecting the fuel system and removing the old component. After installing the new carburettor, you should:
The L screw adjusts the mixture at idle - too lean causes stalling, too rich causes smoking and unstable running. The H screw controls full throttle - an incorrect setting can lead to overheating or loss of power. The adjustment is best carried out using a tachometer, in accordance with the parameters for the particular chainsaw model.
The carburettor requires periodic inspection and cleaning. Symptoms indicating that attention is required:
The causes of these problems may include contamination of the fuel passages, a worn diaphragm or a damaged gasket. Regular cleaning of the air filter and the use of clean fuel extend the life of the carburettor.
