A cutting blade for working with wood and wood-based materials, fitted with tungsten carbide teeth. The 200 mm diameter provides a cutting capacity suitable for most stationary and hand-held saws.
A standard size for stationary and hand-held saws. Depth of cut depends on the saw's design, typically 50-70 mm at 90°. Before fitting, check the maximum blade diameter permitted by the tool manufacturer.
A lower tooth count means faster ripping along the grain, with coarser material removal. Tungsten carbide stays sharp far longer than high-speed steel, which extends the intervals between sharpenings.
The bore diameter must match the saw spindle diameter exactly. For spindles of a smaller diameter, reducing rings are used. Check the spindle diameter before buying the blade.
The blade is designed for cutting solid wood, chipboard, MDF, HDF, plywood and selected plastics. The tooth geometry allows rip cuts, cross-cuts and mitre cuts.

Before fitting, check the saw's manual for: the maximum permitted blade diameter, the spindle diameter (30 mm, or smaller with a reducing ring), the maximum speed (RPM) and the mounting type. Mismatched parameters may damage the tool or the blade.
Before each use, check the condition of the teeth and make sure the blade is correctly mounted on the spindle. The saw's speed must not exceed the maximum value specified for the blade.
Safety goggles, hearing protection and dust masks must be worn during work. The workpiece should be securely clamped and fed evenly, without excessive pressure.
After use, clean the blade of resin and dust. Tungsten carbide blades can be professionally sharpened at specialist service centres. Store in a dry place, protected from mechanical impact.
