A circular saw blade with tungsten carbide (HM/TCT) tips, designed for cutting softwood and hardwood, chipboard, joinery board and lignofol board. It is compatible with circular saws and table saws fitted with a 32 mm spindle.
The cutting teeth are made from tungsten carbide, which is considerably harder than tool steel. This translates into a longer service life for the cutting edge and allows harder materials to be cut without rapid blunting. Additional hardening of the teeth increases their resistance to abrasion.
The blade is made from steel with enhanced thermal resistance, so it maintains its geometry during intensive use. Body distortion caused by heat build-up affects the straightness of the cut — the body material minimises this risk.
With 24 teeth on a 500 mm blade, this variant is positioned as a general-purpose solution. Fewer teeth than on finishing blades (60T) means faster cutting with less resistance, while still delivering an acceptable finish on the cut surface in typical joinery and carpentry work.
The supplied reducing rings allow the blade to be fitted to spindles with diameters smaller than 32 mm. Before buying, check the machine's spindle diameter — this parameter is given in the saw's operating instructions or on its rating plate.

The 500 mm blade fits table saws and bench circular saws with a 32 mm spindle or smaller (using the reducing rings). Key parameters to verify: the machine's spindle diameter, the maximum blade diameter permitted by the saw manufacturer, and the maximum spindle speed — which must not exceed 3000 rpm with this blade.
The blade's maximum rotational speed is 3000 rpm — exceeding this limit risks damaging the tool and poses a safety hazard. The machine's spindle speed must match or be lower than the maximum value marked on the blade.
After use, clean the blade of resin and contamination — accumulated deposits increase cutting resistance and cause excessive heat build-up. Use dedicated saw blade cleaners or thinners. TCT blades can be reconditioned by re-sharpening at a specialist, which extends their service life compared with high-speed steel blades.
Store the blade flat or hanging — avoid storing it in stacks without separators, which can damage the cutting edges.
