A 1/4" ratchet handle with an offset design, made from CrV steel with a protective coating and rubber inserts on the handle. Designed for use with sockets in confined working spaces.
The chrome vanadium alloy increases the hardness and wear resistance of the ratchet mechanism. It ensures a long tool life under intensive use and protects against deformation under load.
The handle axis is offset from the socket axis, allowing work in areas with limited access where a standard straight ratchet cannot be used. The typical offset angle is 15-20 degrees.
The polymer layer on the metal surface protects against atmospheric corrosion and improves grip when working in damp conditions or with oily surfaces.
The elastomer pads increase friction between the hand and the tool, reducing the risk of the ratchet slipping during work under load. They also absorb vibration.

The ratchet works with all sockets, bits and accessories fitted with a 1/4" square drive. This standard is used for precision mechanical work where low torque values are required (typically up to 40-60 Nm).
The ratchet mechanism requires periodic lubrication with grease or machine oil. Avoid overloading the tool with torque values exceeding the manufacturer's recommendations for a 1/4" drive – where greater resistance is met, use 3/8" or 1/2" ratchets.
The offset design increases lateral loads on the mechanism, so force should be applied along the handle axis during use, avoiding twisting the tool sideways. After use, clean the ratchet of any contamination and store it in a dry place.
Regularly check the play in the ratchet mechanism – excessive play indicates wear of the pawl or gear teeth. Also check the condition of the protective coating and rubber inserts – damage may lead to corrosion and reduced grip.
