KRAFT&DELE KD1762 18V X-Series Cordless Chainsaw
The KD1762 is a cordless chainsaw from the X-Series line, fitted with a brushless motor. A 306 mm bar and a maximum cutting depth of 280 mm allow efficient work on firewood, branches and structural timber. The tool runs on interchangeable 18V Li-Ion batteries from the X-Series system.

Brushless motor
Brushless motors have no carbon brushes to wear out mechanically. This translates into a longer tool life, higher working loads and a run time per charge around 40% longer than with brushed motors. The motor generates less heat, which matters during longer working sessions.
Li-Ion battery with no memory effect
Lithium-ion technology stores around twice as much energy per unit of weight as NiMH batteries. The absence of a memory effect means the battery can be charged at any time without first being fully discharged — the rated capacity remains constant throughout the life of the cells.
Aluminium HIGH GRIP housing
The body is made from aluminium and plastics, with the grip surfaces coated in HIGH GRIP rubber. The aluminium provides rigidity and heat dissipation, while the rubber finish improves grip in variable conditions — with wet gloves or when working in low temperatures.
Interchangeable X-Series 18V system
The X-Series 18V Li-Ion batteries (KD1759 with 2000 mAh and KD1760 with 4000 mAh) are compatible with all tools in this range. A single charger handles both capacity variants, which reduces the number of peripheral items needed in the workshop.

Battery compatibility
The KD1762 saw works exclusively with X-Series 18V batteries: KD1759 (2000 mAh) and KD1760 (4000 mAh). Before purchase, check that your battery is marked KD1759 or KD1760 — batteries from other series or other manufacturers are not compatible. The 4000 mAh battery extends the run time per charge but slightly increases the weight of the set.

Use and maintenance
The 60 ml oil tank should be topped up regularly — lubricating the chain and bar has a direct effect on the durability of both parts and on cutting quality. Check the chain tension before every working session: a chain that is too loose may come off the bar, while one that is too tight accelerates wear. When work is finished, wipe the bar and chain free of residual oil and sawdust, which prevents corrosion during storage.
Store the Li-Ion battery at 10–25°C, away from sources of moisture. Prolonged storage at full charge or completely discharged shortens cell life — the optimal charge level for storage is around 40–60% of capacity.
