Diamond cutting blade with a continuous rim and turbo profile, designed for cutting stone and masonry materials. The undulating core design ensures efficient heat and debris dissipation during use.
The continuous cutting rim with a ribbed structure delivers a smoother cut than segmented blades. The serrated turbo profile increases cutting speed while maintaining edge quality.
The wavy shape of the blade body increases the cooling surface and helps clear dust and debris away from the cutting area. This reduces blade overheating and extends tool life.
The increased diamond grit content in the cutting segments translates into a longer blade life and consistent cutting speed, even under intensive use.
The blade design allows cutting a wide range of stone and masonry materials — from hard granite to porous concrete blocks. Suitable for construction and stonemasonry work.

The blade fits angle grinders and cut-off saws with a 22.2 mm spindle (standard M14 size). Before fitting, check the maximum permitted blade diameter in the tool specification — most 230 mm angle grinders require a minimum power of 2000-2400 W. The operating speed must not exceed the maximum value stated by the blade manufacturer.
Turbo diamond blades can be used for both wet and dry cutting. Wet cutting with water cooling extends blade life, reduces dust and delivers better edge quality. When dry cutting, take breaks every 30-60 seconds to prevent overheating.
During use, maintain steady, moderate pressure — excessive pressure causes overheating and premature diamond wear, while too little pressure lengthens cutting time and can glaze the segments. If cutting performance drops, the blade can be re-dressed by briefly cutting an abrasive material (such as sandstone).
Check the condition of the blade before every use — cracks, chipping or deformation mean it must not be used. Personal protective equipment is mandatory: safety glasses or a face shield, hearing protection, work gloves and a dust mask (when dry cutting). The blade must be fitted in line with the direction of rotation marked on the body.
