A continuous rim diamond blade designed for precision cutting of ceramic, stone and glass materials. The 125 mm diameter makes it compatible with standard angle grinders. Wet cutting minimises dust and extends tool life.
No gaps in the cutting edge eliminate vibration and prevent the material from chipping. This is particularly important when cutting glazed tiles, porcelain stoneware and glass, where edge quality determines the appearance of the finished installation.
Water cooling during cutting lowers the temperature in the working area, which prevents the diamond rim from overheating and the material being cut from cracking. It also minimises the ceramic dust that is harmful to the respiratory system.
The increased height of the cutting rim translates into a longer service life for the blade. This parameter determines how many millimetres the rim can wear away before it loses its cutting properties - a greater height means more square metres can be cut.
A thin rim minimises the width of the cutting kerf, which reduces material waste and the load on the grinder motor. When cutting expensive stone materials or porcelain stoneware, this translates into real savings.

A 125 mm diameter blade fits angle grinders with an M14 thread and a disc capacity of 115-125 mm. Before fitting, check the maximum permitted speed of the tool - it should be equal to or higher than 11,000 rpm. Using the blade at lower speeds lengthens cutting time, while higher speeds shorten the life of the rim.
During use, the blade requires constant water cooling - you can use a dedicated wet tile cutter with a water cooling system, or manually wet the cutting area. Before starting work, check that the blade is correctly fitted and does not run out of true. Dry cutting leads to overheating of the rim, loss of the diamonds' cutting properties and the risk of cracking the material being cut.
After finishing work, clean the blade of ceramic residue and limescale deposits. Storing it in a dry place prevents corrosion of the steel core. Check the condition of the rim regularly - a worn rim loses height and stops cutting effectively, which shows up as longer cutting times and overheating of the material.
