2-in-1 diamond blade designed for precision cutting and chamfering the edges of porcelain and ceramic tiles. Fitted with a 33 mm continuous diamond rim, mounted directly on the spindle of an angle grinder with an M14 thread.
The blade design allows both cutting of the material and chamfering of edges. The entire working surface can be used for grinding, enabling work at various angles without having to change tools.
The absence of segmented slots effectively reduces vibration during operation. This translates into clean cuts and precise edge finishing, which is particularly important when working with finishing materials.
The increased height of the working layer extends blade life and ensures stable cutting performance throughout its service life. The coating applied by electroplating is characterised by an even diamond concentration.
The M14 thread allows the blade to be fitted directly onto the angle grinder spindle without additional adapters. This ensures a stable connection and eliminates play, which matters for precision.

This blade is designed for use without water cooling. Breaks should be taken to prevent the tool from overheating. During intensive use, pauses of a few seconds are recommended every 20–30 seconds of cutting.
The blade is mounted directly onto the spindle of an angle grinder fitted with an M14 thread. Before fitting, check that the grinder's maximum speed does not exceed 12,200 rpm. Typical 125 mm grinders meet this requirement.
When chamfering, guide the blade at the correct angle to the edge of the material and avoid excessive pressure. Too much pressure causes overheating and shortens tool life. When cutting, the blade should work with its full rim, without lateral pressure.
After use, clean the blade of ceramic dust with a stiff-bristled brush. Contamination can affect cutting efficiency on the next use. Store the blade in a dry place, protected from knocks.
