A complete set of 12 diamond hole saws designed for drilling holes in ceramic and stone materials with an angle grinder. The 6 to 68 mm diameter range covers most standard installation and finishing tasks.
Technical features
M14 mounting for angle grinders
The M14 thread is the standard fitting on angle grinders of 700 W and above. The Hex/M14 adapter supplied with the set allows the hole saws to be fitted to drills with a hex chuck, extending their range of use.
10 mm diamond coating layer
The height of the diamond layer determines the working life of the tool. A 10 mm coating allows drilling through materials up to around 8-9 mm thick, which matches the typical thickness of technical porcelain and ceramic tiles.
Wax cooling system (Ø 6-12 mm)
The smaller hole saws are filled with wax, which acts as a heat reservoir — absorbing heat from the cutting edge and preventing it from overheating. It requires regular removal of debris so that the wax does not lose its effectiveness.
Complete range of diameters
The set includes 11 hole saws in the most commonly used sizes plus a mounting adapter. It covers the requirements of electrical, plumbing and ventilation installations.

Use and maintenance
Tool compatibility
The M14 thread fits 115 mm and 125 mm angle grinders. Before buying, check that your angle grinder has an M14 spindle thread — older models may have an M10 or M16 thread. The Hex/M14 adapter allows the hole saws to be fitted to hammer drills and drill drivers with a keyless chuck.
Drilling technique
Drilling should be carried out with continuous water cooling — the water flow lowers the temperature and carries away debris. Starting the cut with the hole saw held at a 45° angle makes it easier to begin drilling without slipping. With the wax-filled hole saws (6-12 mm), the tool must be withdrawn frequently and the inside cleaned of ceramic dust.
Storage
Store the hole saws in a dry place, protected from moisture and mechanical damage. After use, clean any material residue from the cups and dry them to prevent corrosion of the mounting thread.
