Semi-automatic cutting head with the Easy-Load system, which allows the cutting line to be replaced without dismantling the housing. The universal M10 x 1.25 threaded fitting ensures compatibility with most petrol brushcutters on the market.
To replace the line, thread it through the holes in the housing and turn the outer knob. This removes the need to unscrew the body, which shortens servicing time and reduces the risk of losing parts.
The line is advanced by tapping the head's bump knob against the ground while the machine is running. The mechanism automatically feeds the correct length of line, maintaining the optimum cutting swath.
The M10 x 1.25 left-hand thread is a standard used on most petrol brushcutters. The adapter with a 9 mm bolt (10 mm on the brushcutter spindle) ensures a secure connection to the drive shaft.
The housing is made from a durable plastic that withstands impacts against obstacles. The plastic-rubber lugs absorb vibration and protect the mechanism from damage when working on difficult terrain.

Before fitting, lock the brushcutter's drive shaft. The left-hand thread head should be screwed on anticlockwise. Once tightened, check that the fitting is secure by trying to turn it by hand.
Cut two lengths of line matching the circumference of the head. Thread the ends through the holes in the housing and turn the outer knob in the direction indicated by the arrow until the line winds on evenly. Check that both ends protrude by the same length.
While trimming, when the line becomes shortened, tap the head's bump knob lightly against a hard surface while keeping the engine at full speed. The mechanism automatically feeds a new length of line. Any excess will be cut off by the line-limiting blade in the brushcutter guard.
After use, remove grass and soil residues from the ventilation holes and the line feed mechanism. Check the condition of the plastic-rubber lugs — if damaged, they can cause vibration. Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
