A pressure regulator with filter and gauge is a device that regulates pressure in pneumatic systems, fitted with a compressed air filtration system and a gauge for continuous monitoring of operating parameters. The YT-2383 combines pressure reduction, air cleaning and pressure display in a single mounting module.
Features of the filter pressure regulator
Pneumatic pressure reduction
The reducing mechanism lowers and stabilises the air pressure from the compressed air supply to the level required by air tools. This prevents damage caused by excessive pressure and ensures consistent operating parameters for downstream equipment.
Compressed air filtration
The built-in mechanical filter removes solid contaminants, condensed water droplets and oil aerosols from the air stream. Contaminants are separated in the polycarbonate bowl, which allows visual inspection of the degree of contamination and the condensate level.
Pressure monitoring with a gauge
The analogue gauge shows the current outlet pressure after reduction. This allows precise setting of operating parameters and continuous monitoring of pressure stability while air tools are in use.
1/2 inch threaded connection
1/2" threads are standard in workshop and industrial pneumatic systems. The regulator can be mounted directly in the supply lines to workstations or as part of an air preparation unit ahead of a group of downstream consumers.

Operation and maintenance of the regulator
Installation in a pneumatic system
The regulator is mounted vertically with the filter bowl pointing downwards, at a distance that allows access to the adjusting knob and drain plug. The direction of air flow must match the arrow marked on the body. Before installation, check that the threads seal correctly and use a suitable sealant.
Adjusting the outlet pressure
The outlet pressure is set with the adjusting knob while air is flowing, observing the gauge reading. Once the required value is reached, the knob should be locked. The adjustment range depends on the supply pressure – the regulator reduces pressure and cannot raise it above the inlet value.
Maintenance of the filter and bowl
The filter bowl should be drained of condensate regularly by unscrewing the drain plug. The frequency depends on the humidity of the air and the intensity of use. The polycarbonate bowl is cleaned with a mild detergent – organic solvents may damage the material, causing it to cloud or crack.
Monitoring operating parameters
During operation, monitor the gauge reading and the condition of the filter. A drop in outlet pressure at a constant inlet pressure may indicate a clogged filter. Visible contamination in the bowl indicates that it needs to be drained or the filter element replaced.
