The YATO YT-23860 air manifold lets you connect four air tools to a single compressor at the same time. Fitted with two regulated outlets and a glycerine-filled gauge, it gives you control over operating parameters and helps optimise air consumption.
Two of the four outlets are fitted with pressure regulators, so you can match the operating parameters to the requirements of a specific tool. This reduces unnecessary compressed air consumption and protects tools that need a lower working pressure from damage.
A glycerine-filled gauge gives steady readings even with pressure pulsation and vibration. The glycerine damps needle oscillation and protects the mechanism from wear, which improves reading accuracy and the service life of the gauge.
The body is made of aluminium, which keeps the weight low while maintaining mechanical strength. The material is corrosion-resistant and does not spark in use, which matters in industrial environments.
The manifold operates over a wide temperature range, so it can be used in unheated workshop rooms and production halls, as well as for on-site work in a range of climatic conditions.

Before connecting, make sure the compressor supplies a pressure no higher than 13 bar and has a 1/4" outlet. The air tools must be fitted with 1/4" quick-release couplings or adapters to that size. The combined air consumption of all connected tools must not exceed the compressor output.
The regulators on the two outlets let you reduce the pressure for tools that need lower settings (for example, spray guns often run at 2–4 bar). Adjustment is carried out with the compressor running: watch the gauge reading and turn the regulator knob to the required value.
Before first use, and periodically during service, the installation should be blown through to remove dirt. The glycerine-filled gauge needs no maintenance; simply protect it from impact. The aluminium body can be cleaned with a dry cloth – avoid aggressive detergents.
