GEKO G01019 Lever-Action Manual Oil Pump
A manual piston pump with a lever mechanism designed for transferring oil from 50–200 litre drums. The telescopic suction pipe can be adjusted to match the height of the container.
Technical features
20 L/min output
A single stroke of the lever transfers 0.35 litres of oil. At a typical working pace this means around 20 litres per minute can be pumped, allowing drums to be emptied or filled quickly without any electrical power supply.
Telescopic suction pipe
The inlet pipe has an adjustable length and adapts to the height of the drum and the oil level. This removes the need for several pumps for different containers – one pump covers standard workshop drums from 50 to 200 litres.
Two mounting thread sizes
The set includes adapters that let the pump be fitted into filler openings of different diameters. The standard threads fit most drums available on the market, making the pump more versatile in use without the need for additional accessories.
Piston mechanism
The piston-cylinder design ensures a steady flow and allows work with fluids of different viscosities. A one-way valve system prevents the oil from flowing back, which improves pumping efficiency.

Operation and maintenance
Installation and start-up
Before first use, select the correct threaded adapter for the filler opening of the drum and tighten the pump together with its gasket. Set the telescopic pipe so that its end sits around 2–3 cm from the bottom of the container. The first few strokes of the lever prime the system and clear air from the lines.
Fluid compatibility
The pump is designed for mineral and synthetic oils with a viscosity typical of engine, gear and hydraulic oils. It must not be used with fuels, solvents or chemically aggressive substances that may damage the seals and rubber components.
Maintenance
After use, flushing the system with clean oil or a suitable cleaning fluid is recommended if the pump will not be used for a longer period. Seals and moving parts should be checked periodically for wear. Storing the pump in a dry place extends the service life of its components.
