A rotary hand pump with a pumping mechanism designed for transferring engine, gear and hydraulic oil. Its cast iron construction ensures durability in workshop and industrial conditions.
The pump uses a rotary pumping system that delivers a smooth, even flow of oil without pulsation. This mechanism is more efficient than piston pumps and requires less effort during hand operation.
A flow rate of 20 l/min allows the typical volumes of oil found in car workshops and industrial settings to be transferred quickly. For a standard engine oil change (4-6 litres), the operation takes 12 to 18 seconds.
Cast iron construction guarantees resistance to mechanical damage and to corrosion caused by contact with mineral and synthetic oils. This material ensures the stability of the structure during intensive work.
The pump requires neither an electrical nor a pneumatic power supply, which makes it possible to work in locations without access to power sources. The hand-operated mechanism gives full control over the transfer process.

The pump is designed to work with engine, gear and hydraulic oils as well as other fluids of similar viscosity. It must not be used to transfer fuels, solvents or chemically aggressive fluids that may damage the seals.
Before first use, flush the pump with the oil that is to be transferred. This prevents the fluid from being contaminated by residues from the manufacturing process. When work is finished, it is advisable to leave the pump filled with oil, which protects the internal mechanism against corrosion and the seals against drying out.
During operation, pay attention to the correct direction of rotation of the crank handle – this is usually marked with an arrow on the body. Turning it in the wrong direction may damage the rotary mechanism or reduce the flow rate.
Regular maintenance includes checking the connections for leaks and inspecting the condition of the seals. If there is a noticeable drop in flow rate or leaks appear, the worn sealing components should be replaced. The cast iron body only requires periodic cleaning of external dirt.
