A professional expanding foam gun with an extended 50 cm lance, designed for precise foam application in hard-to-reach areas. The aluminium and brass construction with a PTFE coating ensures durability and easy maintenance.
The lance length provides access to gaps, ceiling voids, the space behind shower enclosures and around services. A useful solution for sealing windows from the inside, fitting window boards or insulating areas with limited access.
The fluoropolymer PTFE applied to the surface of the gun prevents polyurethane foam from adhering to the body. As a result, residue can be removed mechanically without solvents – a cloth is all that is needed. The coating extends the service life of the tool and reduces maintenance time.
The main valve with a PTFE-coated ball seals the dispensing system. The material resists the isocyanates contained in expanding foams and does not undergo chemical degradation, which translates into stable performance throughout its service life.
The control knob provides smooth adjustment of the foam flow rate – from a thin bead to a wide stream. This allows the amount of material to be matched to the width of the gap, which reduces waste and prevents the foam from over-expanding within the structure.

Aluminium gives the tool rigidity at low weight (around 30% of the weight of steel). This reduces hand fatigue during long working sessions. Its corrosion resistance means the gun can be used in damp environments without the risk of rusting.
Brass (an alloy of copper and zinc) is easy to machine, which allows threads and joints to be produced to high accuracy. Its resistance to galvanic corrosion with aluminium eliminates the risk of threaded connections seizing.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid material (0.05–0.10). The surface energy of PTFE is around 18 mN/m, which means that most substances – including polyurethane foam – will not adhere to it.
Before first use, screw the can of foam onto the thread of the gun and press the trigger a few times to fill the dispensing system. The flow is adjusted using the knob at the rear of the gun – turning it clockwise increases the flow rate.
When work is finished, leave the can screwed onto the gun – this prevents the foam from drying in the channels. When changing the can, work quickly to minimise contact between the contents and atmospheric moisture, which triggers curing.
Cleaning is carried out once the can is completely empty. Screw on a can of flushing acetone or a dedicated cleaner and pass the liquid through the dispensing system until the fluid flowing out is clear. External foam residue is removed mechanically – the PTFE coating makes it easy to detach without the use of solvents.
