A professional manifold gauge set for servicing automotive and industrial air conditioning systems. It allows charging, draining and diagnostics of systems running on R12, R22, R134a and R502 refrigerants.
The central manifold block is fitted with a sight glass that allows the condition of the refrigerant to be assessed visually during operation. The sight glass reveals the presence of moisture or contaminants in the system.
The glycerine filling damps needle vibration and protects the movement from damage when pressure changes suddenly. It improves durability and keeps readings easy to read in workshop conditions.
The valve assembly can be replaced without having to replace the whole set. It keeps the connections leak-tight even after repeated use, minimising the risk of refrigerant loss.
Three hoses in different colours make it easier to connect them correctly to the HIGH/LOW ports and the refrigerant cylinder. The standard 90 cm length gives freedom of movement on most vehicles.

| Sight glass | Yes (in the manifold block) |
Both gauges are fitted with a zero adjustment mechanism. Before starting work, check that the needles sit at the zero position at atmospheric pressure. If necessary, correct them with the adjusting screw on the front face of the gauge.
The gauges carry dual scales: pressure (psi/kg/cm²) and saturation temperature for each refrigerant. The temperature scale lets you judge whether the pressure matches the ambient temperature, which is essential when diagnosing system performance.
The built-in relief valve protects the gauges from damage if the maximum working pressure is exceeded. The 500 psi value on the high-pressure gauge should not, however, be deliberately exceeded.
Before first use, check that all connections are leak-tight. Refrigerant can be harmful to the environment – all work must be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations on handling fluorinated substances.
