Elbow push-in fitting for quick installation of pneumatic hoses in compressed air systems. The automatic locking mechanism removes the need for additional tools during installation.
The mechanism secures the hose automatically as soon as it is inserted, preventing accidental disconnection under pressure. The connection remains secure without tightening or the use of tools.
The fitting is released by pressing the blue collar while pulling the hose out. The system allows quick replacement or reconfiguration of the installation without downtime.
The L type (elbow) allows the hose to be routed at 90°, which is useful in confined installation spaces or where the direction of the hose needs to be changed without bending it.
Polyurethane and polyethylene provide chemical and mechanical resistance while remaining lightweight. These materials withstand pneumatic oils and typical workshop conditions.

Before purchasing, measure the outside diameter of the pneumatic hose. For a 10 mm fitting, the hose must have an outside diameter of 10 mm. Also check the hose material – the fitting is suitable for PU, PE and PA (polyamide) hose. Make sure the working pressure of the hose matches the requirements of the installation.
Before fitting for the first time, check that the end of the hose is cut square and free from burrs – an uneven cut can damage the internal seal. Push the hose firmly all the way in until you hear a click confirming that it is locked.
When disconnecting, always depressurise the system first, then press the blue collar and pull the hose out. Never try to pull the hose out by force without releasing it – this can damage the locking mechanism.
Periodically check the condition of the release collar and the seals. If any leaks become noticeable, replace the entire fitting. Avoid contact with aggressive solvents that may weaken the plastic.
