GEKO G03062 8 mm Y-Type Push-In Fitting for PU/PE Tubing
An automatic push-in Y-splitter fitting designed for the quick connection of 8 mm pneumatic tubing. It is used in compressed air installations where a line needs to be branched without the use of tools.
Technical features
Automatic locking
The mechanism locks the tubing automatically as soon as it is inserted, providing a leak-tight connection without the need for tools. The system eliminates the risk of accidental disconnection while the installation is in operation.
Quick release
The tubing is released by pressing the blue release ring. This allows the pneumatic system to be reconfigured quickly without downtime.
Y-type configuration
The Y-type splitter branches a single supply line to two outlets. Its geometry ensures even distribution of the air flow with minimal pressure loss.
PU/PE materials

Use and maintenance
Fitting the tubing
Insert the tubing straight into the fitting axis, pushing it in until you feel resistance and hear a distinct click. Check the connection for leaks by gently pulling on the tubing. Before assembly, make sure the end of the tubing is cut square and free from damage.
Removing the tubing
Press the blue release ring towards the fitting body while pulling the tubing out. Do not use excessive force – correctly released tubing should slide out freely. If it jams, check that the ring is pressed fully in.
Maintenance
Periodically check the condition of the locking mechanism and look for cracks in the body. Remove dirt from the surface of the fitting. In dusty environments, blowing the fitting through with compressed air after each disconnection is recommended. Do not use oils or greases, which may damage the plastic.
