Gold Permanent Oil-Based Marker G29027A
Oil-based marker with permanent ink designed for marking tyres and other non-porous surfaces. It contains oil-based pigment that provides lasting adhesion to rubber, glass and plastics.
Technical features
Permanent oil-based ink
Oil-based ink contains pigments dissolved in organic solvents. This composition allows it to adhere to non-porous surfaces where water-based markers fail. Once dry it forms a layer resistant to abrasion and contact with water.
Wash resistance
Once dry, the markings remain legible despite contact with water, moisture or rain. The marker does not wash off when tyres are cleaned or marked surfaces are washed, ensuring the information lasts throughout the service life.
Gold pigment
The gold colour makes markings visible on dark surfaces such as black tyre rubber. The metallic pigment reflects light, so markings remain legible even in poor lighting.
Versatile use
The marker adheres to rubber, glass, plastic and metal. It can be used both in workshop and warehouse conditions – for marking products, identifying components or labelling dates.

Display packaging

Use and maintenance
Shake the marker before use to mix the pigment and solvent evenly. Clean the surface to be marked of dust, oil and moisture – oil-based ink adheres best to dry, degreased materials.
After use, close the marker tightly to prevent the ink from drying out. Store horizontally or with the tip pointing down, at room temperature, away from heat sources.
Drying time is a few minutes; the ink reaches full abrasion resistance after ten to fifteen minutes. If the tip dries out, try refreshing it by pressing it several times on a hard surface or wetting it with a small amount of solvent.
