GEKO Profi G01148 600 ml Manual Grease Gun
Professional manual grease gun with an aluminium head and steel body, designed for precise grease application in workshop and industrial use. Compatible with 400 g cartridges and supplied with a complete set of working nozzles.
Technical Characteristics
Short-stroke design
The short-stroke lever mechanism delivers grease regardless of the position of the tool. This design ensures effective application even in hard-to-reach places and when working at an angle.
Chemically resistant seals
The piston is fitted with seals resistant to grease and oil. The seal material prevents lubricants from leaking and keeps the joint tight during prolonged use.
Filling system with air bleed

Using the nozzles
The flexible hose allows precise grease application in areas with limited access. The angled tube enables greasing at an angle. The 4-jaw coupler fits most standard grease nipples found on machinery and vehicles.

Use and Maintenance
Before first use, fill the grease gun with grease or fit a 400 g cartridge. Once the lubricant has been loaded, open the air-bleed valve and operate the lever several times to remove air from the system. Trapped air shows up as an uneven flow of grease.
Check the fill level while working. Greasing with an almost empty reservoir draws in air, which means the system has to be bled again. After work, clean excess grease from the nozzles to prevent it hardening and blocking the hoses.
Storing the tool at room temperature prevents the grease from thickening, which could otherwise make it difficult to dispense. Periodically checking the piston seals for leaks extends the life of the tool and prevents uncontrolled leakage.
Cartridge compatibility
The grease gun takes 400 g cartridges, which are the standard for professional use. When bulk grease is used, the reservoir capacity is 600 ml, corresponding to approximately 500–550 g of grease depending on its density.
