An electric hot melt glue gun with 78W of power, designed for bonding a wide range of materials in the workshop, during renovation work and in modelling applications. The tool takes standard 11-11.5 mm glue sticks and reaches an operating temperature of 200°C.
The higher power output means a shorter wait before the tool is ready to use. The gun reaches its operating temperature faster than 40-60W models, so you can start gluing sooner and work more efficiently on larger projects.
An operating temperature of 200°C gives the hot melt adhesive the right consistency to bond materials with different structures effectively. It is sufficient for most household and workshop applications, with the exception of materials sensitive to high temperatures.
An 11-11.5 mm stick diameter is the most popular format, making consumables easy to source. The larger diameter than hobby glue guns (7 mm) means greater adhesive output on longer jobs.
The housing is made from tough plastic that protects the mechanism from mechanical damage during workshop use. The material also provides thermal insulation, reducing how much the outer parts of the gun heat up.

Do not use on materials that are not resistant to 200°C, including: expanded polystyrene, PUR foams, some types of film, delicate synthetic fabrics and flammable materials. Before use, check the material's heat resistance on a small piece.
Before first use, insert a glue stick into the chamber, plug the tool into a 230V socket and wait for it to heat up to the operating temperature — usually 3-5 minutes. While working, stand the gun on its base and avoid letting the nozzle touch flammable surfaces.
When you have finished, do not remove the glue stick — leaving it in the chamber makes the next start-up easier. The nozzle can be cleaned once the tool has cooled down. If it becomes clogged with glue, reheat it and wipe away the excess with a dry cloth.
The nozzle and the glue reach 200°C — contact causes burns. Avoid touching hot parts and freshly applied glue. The tool should be used in a ventilated room. When you have finished, unplug the gun and wait for it to cool down completely.
