A professional plant grafting tool for whip grafting, supplied with three interchangeable blades. It allows precise joining of rootstocks and scions 3-10 mm in diameter, with a stated success rate of up to 80%.
Three cut types (V, U and omega) let you match the grafting method to the plant species and shoot diameter. The omega blade provides the largest contact area, the V type works well on thinner shoots, and the U type on medium ones.
The diameter range covers most garden grafting — from young vines and roses (3-5 mm) to thicker branches of fruit trees (8-10 mm). Precision guides ensure an even cut across the whole range.
A self-adhesive membrane 2 cm wide and 100 m long protects the graft site from pathogens and moisture loss. The material is flexible, stretchy and biodegradable in sunlight — it does not need to be removed.
The locking mechanism prevents the blades from closing accidentally during storage and transport. It protects against injury and damage to the blades on contact with other tools.

Used on thinner shoots (3-6 mm). The V-shaped cut gives a stable join with a smaller contact area. Recommended for grafting young vines and one-year-old rose shoots.
A universal type for medium diameters (5-8 mm). The U-shaped cut combines stability with a larger cambium contact area. Ideal for most fruit trees and ornamental shrubs.
Intended for thicker shoots (7-10 mm). The distinctive omega shape provides the largest contact area and a mechanical interlock between the parts. Preferred for fruit tree grafts and thicker vine branches.
Before starting work, disinfect the blades with spirit or a dedicated preparation to prevent disease being passed between plants. Blades are changed using the supplied screwdriver and flat spanner — simply undo the two retaining screws.
Grafting is carried out on healthy, undamaged shoots of the appropriate diameter. After cutting, the parts must be joined immediately and wrapped with tape, starting at the bottom and overlapping successive layers by 50%. The tape should be pulled taut, but not excessively, so as not to restrict the flow of sap.
After finishing work, clean plant sap off the blades, dry them and oil them lightly. Store the tool in the supplied case with the safety lock engaged. Regular cleaning and maintenance keep the blades durable and the cut precise for many seasons.
Grafting success depends not only on the precision of the cut, but also on how quickly the parts are joined and on correct taping. The best results are achieved by grafting during the dormant period or in early spring, when plants have the greatest ability to regenerate.
