A single-post hydraulic bottle jack with a 12-tonne lifting capacity, designed for raising vehicles in vehicle repair workshops and service stations. Fitted with a precision hydraulic valve system and a compact construction that makes transport and storage easier.
A maximum working load of 12,000 kg allows cars, vans and light commercial vehicles to be raised safely. The lifting capacity defines the maximum weight that can be raised without risking damage to the hydraulic mechanism or loss of stability.
The hydraulic valve system allows controlled metering of oil into the working cylinder, which translates into smooth raising and lowering of the load. Precise pressure control prevents sudden movements and keeps the operator safe.
The single-post design features a vertical hydraulic cylinder mounted in a stable base. This construction takes up less space than two-post lifts while providing sufficient stability and meeting safety standards.
The unit's reduced dimensions make it easier to manoeuvre in confined workshop spaces and to move between workstations. Its lower weight compared with stationary lifts simplifies relocation and storage.

A jack with a 12-tonne capacity handles most cars (up to 2.5 tonnes), vans (up to 5 tonnes) and some light commercial vehicles. Before use, check the vehicle's weight in its technical documentation and make sure it does not exceed the permitted lifting capacity. The jacking point must be located in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.
Before each use, check the hydraulic oil level in the reservoir and the condition of the cylinder seals. Oil leaks may indicate worn piston seals or damaged valves. The jack should be placed on a level, hard surface that provides stability during lifting.
Regular maintenance includes checking the hydraulic connections for leaks, cleaning dirt from the cylinder and lubricating the moving parts. The hydraulic oil should be changed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, usually every 12–24 months of intensive use. Damaged valves or a damaged cylinder require repair by a qualified service centre.
When working with a hydraulic jack, additional mechanical supports (axle stands, jack stands) must be used once the required height has been reached. A hydraulic jack is designed for lifting, not as permanent support while working under a vehicle. The operator should keep a safe distance from the vehicle while raising and lowering it.
