Impact socket designed for use with pneumatic and electric impact wrenches. Made from chrome-molybdenum steel and built for heavy-duty use in workshop conditions.
The 1" (25.4 mm) square drive is the standard fitting on professional impact wrenches. It provides a secure connection and can transmit the high torques generated by pneumatic and electric tools.
The CrMo alloy offers greater resistance to impact loads and torsional stress than ordinary tool steel. The chromium content provides corrosion resistance, while molybdenum increases hardness and durability under intensive use.
The 41 mm socket fits the typical wheel nuts found on lorries, buses and some construction and agricultural machinery. The wide profile distributes force evenly across all edges of the nut.
Reinforced walls and a special heat treatment adapt the socket for use with impact wrenches, where repeated high-energy impulses occur. This prevents cracking and deformation of the tool.

The socket works with pneumatic and electric impact wrenches fitted with a 1" square drive. Before use, check that the wrench torque matches the requirements for the bolted joint in question. Excessive torque can damage the thread or the nut.
Before each use, inspect the socket for cracks, deformation and wear to the internal profile. A damaged socket may slip off the nut or crack during use, which creates a hazard.
After use, clean the socket of dust, dirt and grease residue. The drive end should be periodically lubricated with a thin film of oil, which prevents corrosion and makes fitting to the wrench easier.
Impact sockets should be stored in a dry place, ideally on organisers or in dedicated cases, which protects them from mechanical damage and moisture.
