KRAFT&DELE KD3237 2.7/3kW 230V Inverter Generator
The KD3237 is a single-phase inverter generator designed to power equipment that is sensitive to voltage quality — consumer electronics, measuring instruments, computers and power tools with moderate power requirements. An air-cooled single-cylinder OHV engine drives an inverter that produces an alternating voltage with a total harmonic distortion (THD) not exceeding 5%, which corresponds to ISO 8528 G2 class.

Inverter technology and voltage quality
The inverter produces a sine-wave voltage with THD ≤ 5%, in line with ISO 8528 G2 class. This means the generator is suitable for powering equipment fitted with switched-mode power supplies, control electronics and sensitive measuring instruments — unlike conventional generators, whose distortion can damage such loads.
ECON SW mode — fuel economy
The ECON SW switch adjusts engine speed to the current load. At low power draw the engine runs at reduced speed, which cuts petrol consumption and reduces noise. The mode switches itself off automatically once the load exceeds the threshold that requires full power.
Twin Tech function — parallel operation
The Twin Tech connectors allow two identical KD3237 generators to be linked in parallel, doubling the available output. This is a useful solution where a one-off investment in a larger generator cannot be justified, but power requirements may increase in the future.
Sound-attenuated casing and 3-in-1 switch
The enclosed casing reduces engine noise to 62 dB measured at a distance of 7 m at 3/4 load — a level comparable to a loud conversation. The 3-in-1 switch combines the engine switch, fuel valve and choke in a single control, shortening the starting procedure and reducing the risk of operator error.

Use and maintenance
Choosing engine oil
The manufacturer recommends SAE 10W-30 oil of API SE class or higher. The lubrication system capacity is 0.35 L. Check the oil level with the dipstick before every start — the oil indicator light on the panel signals a critical condition, but regular manual checks are advisable, particularly in intensive use. Change the oil in line with the schedule given in the user manual.
Fuel and storage
The generator runs on unleaded petrol only. The 3.7 L tank provides several hours of operation in ECON mode at partial load. For longer storage (more than 30 days), drain the tank and carburettor to prevent the fuel from gumming up and blocking the jets.
Overload protection and the RESET button
If the permissible load is exceeded, the software protection of the inverter disconnects the output voltage. Once the cause of the overload has been removed (excess loads disconnected), the generator resumes operation when the RESET button on the control panel is pressed. This requires neither switching off the engine nor a service call.
