A protective face shield with a mesh visor, designed for work with petrol brushcutters, strimmers and chainsaws. It protects the face from wood chips, stones and other particles produced during cutting and strimming.
Product features
Steel mesh visor
The mesh construction allows air to circulate, which prevents fogging during intensive work. The steel mesh effectively stops wood chips, stones and other particles while not restricting visibility.
Durable headband construction
The upper part of the shield is made from impact-resistant plastic. The material remains stable in varying weather conditions and does not deform under the influence of temperature.
Tilt angle adjustment system
The mechanism allows the tilt angle of the visor to be adjusted to suit the type of work being carried out. Useful when switching between different tasks – from cutting at ground level to trimming at height.
Precise size adjustment
Two-stage adjustment system: headband adjustment (21–27 cm) and head circumference adjustment (52–66 cm) via a rotary dial. This allows the shield to sit securely on heads of different sizes, including when wearing a work cap.

Use and maintenance
Fitting the face shield
Before starting work, adjust the headband and the head circumference. The shield should fit securely without pressing on the head. Check that the visor does not restrict your field of vision and that the tilt angle matches the task being performed.
Cleaning and storage
After finishing work, remove any contamination from the mesh – plant fragments, sawdust, soil. The mesh can be rinsed with water and dried. Store the shield in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, which can weaken the plastic.
Checking the technical condition
Regularly check the condition of the mesh – cracks or deformation can reduce the effectiveness of the protection. Make sure the adjustment mechanisms work correctly and hold the shield securely. A damaged shield must be replaced.
