A knotted wire end brush designed for the mechanical cleaning of metal surfaces. The knotted construction gives the bristles greater strength and delivers a more intensive cleaning action than brushes with straight wire.
Technical features
Knotted wire construction
Bristles made from hardened steel wire in a knotted construction. The twisted design increases the stiffness of the brush and prevents individual wires from working loose during intensive use. It delivers more aggressive cleaning than brushes with straight wire.
6 mm shank mounting
The universal 6 mm shank allows the brush to be fitted in standard drill chucks and angle grinders. The steel body provides a durable connection between the bristles and the shank, eliminating the risk of loosening during use.
75 mm working diameter
The 75 mm (3") size represents a compromise between working area and tool manoeuvrability. It is suitable for work on medium and larger flat surfaces, while still being able to reach more difficult areas.
Operating parameters
The maximum permissible rotation speed of 4,500 rpm sets the safe limit for use. Exceeding this value may damage the brush or cause loss of control over the tool.

Use and safety
Tool compatibility
The brush is compatible with corded and cordless drills fitted with a keyless or standard chuck. It can also be fitted to angle grinders when a shank adapter is used. Before use, check that the tool's rotation speed does not exceed 4,500 rpm.
Safe working practices
Safety goggles and work gloves must be worn during use. Wire brushes generate sparks and flying metal particles. Do not apply excessive pressure – the weight of the tool is sufficient for effective cleaning. Work away from your body. After use, clean the brush with compressed air.
