Yellow polishing pad 150 mm M14 — Kraft&Dele KD1596
The KD1596 polishing pad in yellow is designed for machine polishing of paintwork and surfaces. Its density of 25 kg/m³ places it in the middle hardness range of the four variants available in this series, which makes it suitable both for finer finishing and for lighter correction polishing. The M14 thread fitting ensures compatibility with standard angle polishers and polishing machines.

Polishing pads differ in foam density, which directly affects how aggressive the polishing is and the level of finish achieved on the surface. The yellow variant with a density of 25 kg/m³ sits between the soft red pad (22 kg/m³) and the harder white (28 kg/m³) and black (30 kg/m³) variants. It performs well for light scratch removal and for preparing the surface for final finishing.
M14 thread — standard fitting
The M14 thread is a widely used standard on angle polishers and polishing machines. Before buying, check the specification of the polisher you use — most workshop and DIY-grade machines are fitted with this thread. This means the pad works with a wide range of equipment available on the market.
150 mm diameter
A pad with a diameter of 150 mm is intended for standard polishers with a backing plate of the same or a similar diameter. This size gives good working efficiency on larger surfaces such as body panels, while retaining control over pressure and even polishing.

How to check compatibility with your polisher
Before fitting, make sure the spindle of your polisher has an M14 thread. This information can be found in the machine's instruction manual or on its rating plate. Most angle polishers with an output of 700 W and above use this standard. The backing plate of the polisher should be 125–150 mm in diameter to ensure proper support for a 150 mm pad.
