The KD1656 electric paint sprayer is designed for the spray application of paints, varnishes, primers and fillers to a variety of surfaces. Three interchangeable nozzles in different diameters allow the material flow to be matched to the viscosity of the medium used and to the nature of the surface being painted.
Nozzles with diameters of 1.0 mm, 1.8 mm and 2.5 mm allow the spray pattern to be adjusted. The smaller orifice is suitable for thin materials (varnishes, acrylic paints), while the larger one is intended for thicker media such as fillers and acrylic primers. Choosing the right nozzle has a direct effect on the quality of the finish and on material consumption.
The generous 1000 ml container reduces the need to stop and refill the material when painting larger surfaces. This translates into uninterrupted working and a more uniform finish without visible overlap lines.
The working pressure range allows the spray intensity to be matched to the type of substrate being painted and to the material used. Lower pressure reduces paint dispersion and limits material waste, while higher pressure gives better coverage of porous or heavily textured surfaces.
The 190 cm cable gives freedom of movement during work without the need to move the power source frequently. This matters when spraying large areas or irregularly shaped items.

The KD1656 sprayer handles a wide range of coating materials. The key compatibility criterion is the viscosity of the medium — materials that are too thick need to be diluted in accordance with the paint manufacturer's recommendations. The tool is suitable for the following applications:
Paints and varnishes intended for spraying should have a viscosity suited to the nozzle selected. Material that is too thick may cause uneven coverage or clog the nozzle. Before use, check the viscosity of the material with a Ford viscosity cup (DIN 4) and dilute it if necessary in line with the product data sheet. The 1.0 mm nozzle is intended for thin materials, while the 2.5 mm one is for thicker media such as primers and fillers.
When work is finished, the container and the fluid passage should be flushed with a suitable solvent or water (depending on the type of paint used). Residual material left behind can corrode metal parts or block the nozzle the next time the tool is used. Clean the nozzle separately, paying attention to keeping the spray orifice clear — a fine needle or a dedicated spray gun cleaning kit can be used for this purpose.
Before storing the tool, make sure that all parts are dry and free from paint residue. Store the sprayer in a dry place, away from sources of heat.
