A set of machine moving skates designed for relocating heavy machinery and equipment weighing up to 680 kg. The system consists of four skates positioned under the corners of the item being moved, enabling safe transport without the need for a forklift truck.

680 kg (1500 lbs) load capacity
The maximum load for the complete set of four skates. Each skate can carry up to 170 kg. This value applies to an evenly distributed load. When moving machinery, the position of the centre of gravity must be taken into account and the skates positioned under the item accordingly.
Adjustable working range 300-550 mm
The working height of the skates can be adjusted through a range of 250 mm by means of the jack mechanism. This allows the item to be raised precisely to a height sufficient for the wheels to turn freely and to suit different floor thicknesses.
Spacing up to 800 mm
The maximum distance between the skates is 800 mm, which allows items of varying overall dimensions to be moved. The spacing should be selected so that the skates sit as close as possible to the corners of the item being moved in order to maintain stability.
12" (305 mm) wheels
The wheel diameter affects how easily uneven ground and thresholds can be negotiated. Larger wheels generate less rolling resistance and cope better with small obstacles along the moving route.

Use and maintenance
Preparation for use
Before use, check the technical condition of all four skates, paying particular attention to the free rotation of the wheels and the correct operation of the lifting mechanism. The floor surface must be hard, level and clean. The skates should be positioned symmetrically under the corners of the item being moved, taking the position of the centre of gravity into account.
Operating safety
Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 680 kg. During lifting and transport, the item must be stable and secured against slipping. Movement should be carried out slowly and evenly, without sudden movements. At least two operators are recommended in order to maintain control over the direction of travel.
Maintenance
The condition of the wheel bearings and the jack mechanism should be checked regularly. Moving parts require lubrication with lithium grease every 50 hours of operation or every 6 months. After each use, clean the skates of any contamination and store them in a dry place. Periodically check the stability of the structure and tighten any loose connections.
