The KD12681 is a pair of steel machine skates designed for moving heavy machinery, equipment and loads in workshop, warehouse and industrial environments. The set contains two units, which provides stable support for the load at a minimum of two points during transport.
Product features
680 kg load capacity per unit
Each skate supports a load of up to 680 kg. Used as a pair, the combined capacity of the set is 1360 kg, which allows heavy machinery, crates and industrial equipment to be moved without the need for a forklift.
Recessed chequered plate top
The recessed shape of the working surface limits sideways movement of the load as it rolls. The chequered pattern on the plate increases friction between the load and the top, which reduces the risk of the item slipping off.
4 swivel castors — 2 with brakes
The four swivel castors allow the skate to be manoeuvred in any direction. Two castors fitted with brakes let you lock the platform in position — useful when loading, unloading or setting a machine up at a workstation.
Folding side handle
The handle on the side of the platform makes it easier to carry the skate by hand and to store it. Once folded, it reduces the overall size of the unit, which cuts down on the storage space required.
