Technical characteristics
Paper backing

Use and care
Surface preparation
Before applying, make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust. Traces of dust, grease or moisture can weaken the tape's grip and cause paint to bleed underneath.
Applying the tape
Apply the tape evenly, pressing it down with your fingers or a plastic scraper, particularly along the edges. Avoid stretching the tape as you apply it – this can weaken its grip and cause it to lift during painting.
When to remove
Remove the tape while the paint is still slightly damp but not wet. Leaving the tape on for too long may cause the paint to dry onto the paper and damage the edges. Pull the tape off at a 45-degree angle to the surface, slowly and evenly.
Storage
Store unused tape in a dry place at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight. Moisture and high temperatures can affect the properties of the adhesive.
