SDS Plus hammer drill bit for drilling into concrete, brick and stone. The 3-point bit head system efficiently breaks up the material when drilling fixing holes.
A mounting system used on rotary hammers. It allows quick tool changes without the need for keys – simply slide back the chuck collar. It ensures a stable connection and efficient transfer of hammer energy.
The three-cutting-edge design increases the efficiency of breaking up concrete and stone. The geometry of the cutting edges makes it easier to centre the drill bit and reduces resistance while drilling, which shortens working time.
Enables deep fixing holes to be drilled through thick walls and floors. Useful when installing chemical anchors, reinforcing rods or service conduits in solid structures.
Standard size for M8 and M10 wall plugs. Commonly used when fitting electrical accessories, brackets, supports and interior fixtures to concrete and masonry substrates.

The drill bit works with rotary hammers fitted with an SDS Plus chuck. It is not compatible with impact drills fitted with a keyless chuck or hammers using the SDS Max system. Before purchasing, check the chuck type on your power tool.
When drilling into concrete, a speed of 600-900 rpm with hammer mode engaged is recommended. In solid brick, the speed can be increased to 1,200 rpm. Avoid applying excessive pressure – the weight of the hammer is sufficient for effective drilling. Periodically withdrawing the drill bit helps to clear dust from the hole.
After use, clean the shank of concrete dust and check the condition of the cutting edges. The SDS Plus shank requires periodic lubrication with a special chuck grease – this prevents the mechanism from seizing and makes tool changes easier. Do not use the drill bit for drilling into reinforcing steel.
