Impact drill bit with an SDS Plus shank, designed for drilling into concrete, brick and other building materials. Fitted with a three-point tungsten carbide tip for efficient debris removal when used with a rotary hammer.
A mounting system used in rotary hammers of up to the 5 kg weight class. It features four guide grooves and two locking slots, allowing quick tool changes without additional chuck keys. The shank diameter is 10 mm and the insertion depth is 40 mm.
The three-blade tungsten carbide design increases drilling stability and reduces vibration. The central blade guides the bit while the two outer blades cut the material, resulting in faster drilling than with standard two-point tips.
The optimised flute geometry effectively clears concrete dust from the hole while drilling. This prevents the bit from clogging and overheating, which extends tool life and improves working efficiency.
The body is made from hardened tool steel and is tipped with tungsten carbide of HRA 89-91 hardness. This combination of materials provides resistance to abrasive wear when working in high-hardness materials such as C30/37 concrete and above.

The drill bit works with all rotary hammers fitted with an SDS Plus shank. Before starting work, check that the hammer supports impact mode – standard hammer drills will not deliver enough impact force for efficient drilling in concrete.
Before drilling, make sure that no electrical cables or service pipes run through the planned hole location. Drilling into reinforced concrete requires avoiding rebar, which can damage the carbide tip.
For holes deeper than 50 mm, water cooling is recommended during drilling to prevent the bit from overheating. After each use, clean the flute of concrete dust with a wire brush or compressed air.
Store the drill bit in a dry place, protected from moisture and mechanical damage. The SDS Plus shank should be lubricated periodically with graphite grease, which makes it easier to fit into the hammer chuck and protects against corrosion.
For a 6 mm diameter, the recommended speed is 800-1200 rpm at an impact rate of 4000-5000 blows/min. Feed force should be moderate – excessive pressure does not speed up drilling, it only increases tip wear and puts extra load on the hammer motor.
