Abrasive cutting disc for cutting metal in angle grinders and stationary cut-off saws. The 350 mm diameter makes it possible to cut larger cross-sections in workshop and industrial conditions.
A size intended for stationary cut-off saws and high-power angle grinders. It allows steel sections, pipes and plate of considerable thickness to be cut in a single pass, reducing processing time on structural work.
The reinforced disc construction provides stability when cutting large cross-sections. A thicker disc reduces the risk of cracking under side loads, which improves safety during intensive use.
A standard bore size that fits the spindles of most stationary cut-off saws and professional angle grinders. Check the spindle diameter in the tool specification before purchase.
The abrasive structure is suited to cutting structural steel, stainless steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. The abrasive grain composition ensures efficient material removal while minimising sparking and heat build-up in the cutting zone.

| Tool type | Abrasive cutting disc |
The disc requires a stationary cut-off saw or angle grinder rated at a minimum of 2000-2500 W with an M14 spindle and the ability to mount 350 mm discs. Before fitting, check the maximum permitted disc diameter in the tool's instruction manual and make sure the guard covers at least half of the disc surface.
Disconnect the tool from the power supply before fitting. The disc should be secured with clamping flanges of the correct diameter, tightened to the torque recommended by the tool manufacturer. Check the disc for cracks or mechanical damage.
Personal protective equipment must be worn when cutting metal: safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, hearing protection and workwear without loose parts. The work area should be free from flammable materials because of the sparks produced during cutting. Do not apply excessive pressure to the disc – the weight of the tool should be sufficient for efficient cutting.
Store abrasive discs in a dry room, either flat or suspended on suitable racks. Avoid exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures and direct mechanical impact, which can weaken the bond structure.
