A mixing paddle designed for work with heavy and dense building materials. Fitted with a hexagonal HEX shank for a secure connection to a drill or mixer.
The rotor size ensures efficient mixing in containers 25 cm in diameter and above. The blade design allows large volumes of material to be moved with a single rotation.
The hex shank eliminates slipping when working with high-viscosity materials. Compatible with drills and mixers fitted with a hex chuck.
The zinc coating protects against corrosion when working with water-based materials. The construction retains its mechanical properties even under prolonged use.
The overall length allows mixing in containers up to 50 cm deep without the risk of the tool chuck being submerged in the material.

A 100 mm mixing paddle requires a drill or mixer with an output of at least 1200 W. Recommended speed: 400-600 rpm for cement mortars, 600-800 rpm for lighter materials. Before starting work, check that the tool chuck is compatible with the hex shank.
Before first use, check that the paddle is securely seated in the tool chuck. During mixing, add the material gradually to avoid overloading the motor. After use, clean residual material off the paddle before it sets. Galvanised steel requires no additional protection, but the paddle should be stored in a dry place.
When mixing cement mortars, use a speed matched to the consistency of the material. Excessive speed can aerate the mortar, which reduces its strength properties. The paddle should be immersed in the material with the motor switched off, and the drive then started.
