A disc abrasive mounted on a spindle and made from flexible non-woven abrasive material. Designed for aggressive cleaning, coating removal and grinding of surfaces with varied geometry — without the risk of undercutting edges or altering the profile of the workpiece.
The non-woven material flexes during use, so the attachment conforms to the shape of the surface being worked. This allows effective finishing of components with complex geometry — grooves, recesses and radii — without altering their profile and without undercutting edges.
The open, three-dimensional fibre network forms numerous channels that continuously carry away heat and grinding dust. This minimises the risk of overheating the workpiece and of the abrasive loading up, which translates into a longer service life for the attachment.
The non-woven structure does not deform permanently under pressure and working temperature. The attachment retains its abrasive properties throughout its service life, which sets it apart from conventional abrasive discs whose grit breaks down with wear.
The spindle allows mounting in a drill chuck or a die grinder. It provides access to hard-to-reach areas that are out of reach for standard angle grinder discs, such as the inside of box sections or deep grooves.

The spindle-mounted disc is designed for use with an electric drill or a die grinder fitted with a drill chuck. Before mounting, check the maximum rotational speed of the tool and make sure it does not exceed the permitted speed for the attachment. The spindle must be clamped securely in the chuck to eliminate run-out during operation.
