A grinding disc for angle grinders, designed for working wood, aerated concrete and plasterboard. Made from carbon steel with a hardness of 40-50 HRC and a hardened, lacquered surface.
A standard size suited to popular 800-1200 W angle grinders. It provides an optimal working surface while maintaining control of the tool when carving and shaping materials.
The maximum rotational speed defines the safe working limit of the disc. This value must be higher than the speed of the angle grinder – check the tool's specifications on the rating plate before fitting.
The increased disc thickness improves stability during work and allows deeper carving of the material. It adds rigidity to the structure, which translates into precision when shaping wood surfaces.
A hardness of 40-50 HRC on the Rockwell scale means good wear resistance while retaining flexibility. The hardened and lacquered surface protects against corrosion during storage.

The 22.2 mm mounting bore is standard for 125 mm angle grinders. Before fitting, check the maximum rotational speed of the angle grinder – it must not exceed 12,500 rpm. The specification is given on the rating plate of the tool.
Mandatory personal protective equipment: safety goggles to protect against flying particles, work gloves, and an FFP2 or FFP3 dust mask. The grinding disc generates large quantities of dust – using a dust extraction system or working in a well-ventilated room is recommended.
The disc should be stored in a dry place, protected from moisture. The lacquered surface protects against corrosion, but prolonged contact with water can lead to rust. After use, the disc should be cleaned of dust with compressed air.
