Oil-Lubricated Air Compressor 500L / 3-Cylinder / 400V — KRAFT&DELE KD1413
The KD1413 is a three-cylinder oil-lubricated compressor with a three-phase 400V supply, designed for continuous operation in industrial environments — workshops, manufacturing plants and professional garages. A 500-litre receiver combined with a free air delivery of 1395 L/min provides a stable air supply for several tools at once, without frequent interruptions to top up the pressure.
Technical features
Three-cylinder head with cast iron cylinders
Three pistons running in parallel increase pumping output and spread the thermal load. Cast iron cylinders dissipate heat better than aluminium and offer greater resistance to wear, which translates directly into a longer service life under intensive use.
500 L receiver and low rotational speed of 900 rpm
The large receiver capacity extends the running time between motor start cycles, reducing wear on the motor. A rotational speed of 900 rpm is considerably lower than in small compressors (1450–2850 rpm), which limits noise, vibration and heat build-up in the components.
Oil separator with pressure regulator
The separator traps oil particles and condensed water before they reach the air system. This protects the tools and equipment connected to the compressor from contamination, which is particularly important for spray painting, sandblasting or precision air tools.
Pressure switch and motor protection
The pressure switch automatically cuts the motor out once the maximum working pressure is reached and restarts it when the pressure falls below the minimum setting. Built-in overload protection safeguards the motor windings against voltage spikes or excessive load.

Installation requirements — 400V supply
The compressor must be connected to a three-phase 400V / 50Hz mains supply protected by a circuit breaker rated at least 16A (20A is recommended because of the starting current). Before installation, check the cross-sectional area of the supply cables and the capacity of the distribution board. The unit will not run from a standard single-phase 230V socket.

Use and maintenance
An oil-lubricated compressor requires regular checks and replacement of the compressor oil — under intensive industrial use, the oil should be changed every 500 operating hours or in line with the manufacturer's recommendations in the manual. The air filter should be cleaned or replaced depending on how dusty the working environment is. After each working session, drain the condensed water from the receiver through the drain valve — this prevents internal corrosion and extends the life of the receiver.
The unit is fitted with castors and a transport handle, so it can be moved around a factory floor or workshop. Because it weighs 260 kg, moving it over longer distances requires a pallet truck or forklift.
