KD1506 600W Paint Sprayer
The KD1506 is a multi-stage spray unit with a built-in gun, intended for coating surfaces with water-based paints and emulsions. A low working pressure of 0.15 bar limits the dispersal of aerosol into the air, which reduces material consumption and improves working conditions. The unit runs from a standard 230 V mains socket and does not require an external air compressor.

Low working pressure of 0.15 bar
A pressure of 0.15 bar classifies the unit as an HVLP (high-volume, low-pressure) turbine sprayer. Paint is atomised at low pressure, so less material becomes airborne as mist — more of it lands directly on the surface being painted. This means lower paint consumption and less inhalation of aerosol while you work.
1.8 mm nozzle
The 1.8 mm nozzle diameter allows you to apply emulsion paints, water-based lacquers and primers of typical consistency. Before use, check the viscosity of the paint with the supplied viscosity cup — material that is too thick can block the nozzle or cause uneven application.
Air output 180–230 l/min
An air flow of 180–230 l/min provides a stable working stream during continuous spraying. The fluid output is 450–550 ml/min, which allows relatively large areas to be covered in a short time — useful when painting walls or furniture.
1000 ml tank and 150 cm hose
The 1000 ml tank capacity reduces the number of breaks needed to refill material during work. The 150 cm hose gives you freedom of movement without having to move the unit every time you change position, which is particularly practical when painting ceilings or hard-to-reach areas.
Viscosity cup included
The unit comes with a viscosity cup — a simple tool for checking that the paint has the right consistency for spraying. Material that is too thick should be thinned with water (in the case of water-based paints) in line with the paint manufacturer's recommendations. Measuring viscosity before every use reduces the risk of clogging the nozzle and an irregular spray pattern.
