A pack of ten tool steel screwdriver bits with a Phillips PH2 profile and a 50 mm working length. Designed for use with screwdrivers and bit holders featuring a 1/4 inch hex shank, ensuring compatibility with most power and hand tools available on the market.
The PH2 size is the most widely used standard for cross-head screws, accounting for 70% of assembly screws. Its precisely formed profile ensures a proper fit in the screw recess, minimising the risk of slipping and damaging the slot.
The extended bit allows work in hard-to-reach places where standard 25 mm bits are not enough. It is particularly useful when assembling in deep recesses or when working with spacers.
The material used guarantees suitable hardness and resistance to twisting. Tool steel offers greater mechanical strength than standard structural steels, which translates into a longer bit service life.
The 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) hex shank ensures compatibility with the magnetic bit holders and quick-release chucks used on cordless screwdrivers, drill drivers and hand bit holders.

The bits fit all screwdrivers and bit holders with a 1/4 inch shank. To check compatibility, verify that the tool has a 6.35 mm hex shank or an adapter to this standard. Most cordless screwdrivers, drill drivers and hand bit holders use this universal size.
When working with PH2 bits, set the screwdriver clutch to a value suited to the material. For softwood: 3-5 Nm, for hardwood: 5-8 Nm, for metal: 8-12 Nm. Exceeding the torque may damage the screw slot or the bit itself.
After use, clean the bits of dust and swarf. Storing them in a dry place prevents corrosion. When working in damp conditions, lightly lubricate the bits with a maintenance oil. Check the tip regularly and replace worn bits with new ones.
