Pistol-type pneumatic grease gun with a 400 ml container, intended for professional greasing of grease points on vehicles, machinery and workshop equipment. Powered by compressed air, it enables precise, metered application of grease under pressure.

Pneumatic System
Compressed air operation removes the need for manual pumping. A pressure of 2.0-6.0 bar delivers controlled, even grease flow with no physical effort, which speeds up work when greasing multiple points.
Rubber Follower Piston
The piston maintains constant pressure on the grease in the container, which guarantees continuous flow with no interruptions or air pockets. This prevents grease waste and makes full use of the entire contents.
Flexible Loading

Use and Maintenance
Preparation for Use
Before first use, connect a compressor with an output suitable for a pressure of 2.0-6.0 bar via the 1/4" connection. Make sure the container is filled with grease or that a cartridge is fitted. The bleed valve allows air to be removed from the system before greasing begins.
Choosing the Grease
Use grease that meets the requirements of the manufacturer of the equipment being lubricated. Lithium greases of NLGI grade 2 or 3 are the most commonly used. Avoid mixing different types of grease in the container. Before changing grease type, thoroughly clean the container and the system.
Cleaning and Storage
After use, release the pressure and disconnect the air hose. Regularly clean grease residue from the couplers. Store in a dry place, protected from dust and moisture. Periodically check the condition of the seals and the piston.
