The KD3593 pneumatic grease gun is a workshop tool powered by compressed air, designed for applying grease to bearings, joints, grease nipples and other lubrication points on machinery, equipment and vehicles. The 500 ml reservoir and output pressure of up to 4200 PSI allow grease to be delivered effectively even in hard-to-reach places. Two types of working hose are supplied — flexible (200 mm) and rigid (150 mm) — allowing the method of application to be matched to the specific lubrication point.

Pneumatic operation
Compressed air power eliminates the need for manual pumping, which reduces fatigue during intensive servicing work and speeds up the greasing of multiple points in a short time. The required working pressure is in the 2–6.2 bar range, typical of most workshop air systems.
High output pressure — 4200 PSI
An output pressure of 4200 PSI (approximately 290 bar) makes it possible to force grease into grease nipples and bearings with high resistance, including components that are heavily contaminated or have not been lubricated for a long time. This is a key parameter when greasing the suspension of heavy goods vehicles or construction machinery.
Two types of working hose
The 200 mm flexible hose makes it possible to reach lubrication points hidden in tight spaces, where positioning the gun at a right angle is impossible. The 150 mm rigid hose provides greater precision when greasing components that are easily accessible and clearly visible.
500 ml reservoir capacity and 1/4" NPT inlet
The 500 ml reservoir reduces the need for frequent grease refills when working on numerous lubrication points. The standard 1/4" NPT air inlet is compatible with most quick-release couplings and hoses used in car workshops and machinery servicing.

Compatibility with air systems
The KD3593 grease gun must be connected to a compressor or air system supplying air at a pressure of 2–6.2 bar. The 1/4" NPT inlet (tapered thread) is the standard used in most workshop quick-release couplings — before buying, check that your couplings are 1/4" with an NPT thread, or that you have a suitable adaptor. The internal diameter of the air hose is 3/8" I.D.
